well ok then! turns out that my dad is in the hospital, something wrong with his heart...again. anyways, apparently he's not gonna make it this time though....so i'm flying home to Washington tomorrow to say goodbye....i'm not sure how i feel right now though....maybe it hasn't hit me yet....but i understand that when you gotta go you gotta go. and i know he's lived a long and very adventurous life, as well as making huge contributions as an Alaskan state representative. he's a great man who i have always looked up to. God bless you dad and i look forward to the day i get to see you in heaven.
